If you'd like to receive information about upcoming Senate hearings and other important updates about the Great Lakes Water Compact, please call or email Sen. Niehaus (his contact info is below) to ask that you be placed on his Committee on Environment and Natural Resources email list to receive notices about all updates related to this Water Compact.

If many of us do this simple action, we will let Sen. Niehaus know that there are a LOT of people interested in the outcome of the Water Compact debate, and that they shouldn't put this issue up for a vote in the near future. The longer we can delay this vote, the more time we have to educate people about this crucial issue, and get *them* to take action as well.

Steve, please do not misunderstand what I'm saying.I fully support the very "conservative" concept of being goodstewards of the earth. But I cannot sit by silently as Al Goreand the Climate Alarmists push a massive taxing scheme on usthat will have little or no real effect on the alleged problemof rising CO2 emissions. Especially when there is a growing body of scientific evidencethat brings the Al Gore theory into question. In fact, it isbecoming clear that the entire Al Gore Climate Alarmism isnothing more than a Hoax! Why? Because even if Al Gore's catastrophic predictions were true,all the so-called "solutions" of the Climate Alarmists wouldn'teven put a dent in the "problem" of rising CO2 levels! + + Just 60 days to stop this new, oppressive tax I just took part in an important strategy meeting on CapitolHill with key leaders who are working to stop this new taxscheme.
